Welcome to Air Plus

  • Differences in Window Types
The primary difference between the types of windows we offer has to do with the material that the frame is made out of. We offer three types of frames: Vinyl, Aluminum, and Fiberglass.

All three types of windows meet Energy Star requirements for insulating value and have greatly reduced UV and radiant heat energy transmission. Also, because of the materials used, the windows allow less noise in from outside.

    Vinyl-Frame Windows
Vinyl-frame windows are the entry-level product, offering high insulating value at the lowest cost.
    • Least Expensive
    • Easy To Clean Frame
    • Excellent Insulating Value
    • Lower Strength and Rigidity
    • Deteriorates in the Sun Over Years
    • Cannot be Painted

  • Aluminum-Frame Windows
Aluminum-frame windows are the middle-tier product. Aluminum windows are considerably stronger than vinyl windows, but have reduced insulating value.
    • Strong, Robust Construction
    • Long Lifetime
    • Does Not Deteriorate in the Sun
    • Reduced Insulating Value (due to metal frame)

    Fiberglass-Frame Windows
Fiberglass-frame windows are the best quality window that we offer. Fiberglass-frame windows combine the strength and lifetime of aluminum windows with the excellent insulation provided by vinyl windows.
    • Strong, Robust Construction
    • Long Lifetime
    • Excellent Insulating Value
    • Paintable
    • Most Expensive
