When you need a "Service Call": If you need someone to come diagnose a problem (tell you what is wrong) we send a "Service Technician". These are highly trained, experienced people with specialized tools for the task.
They will:
- Find out what is causing the problem,
- Explain the problem to you,
- Answer all of your questions,
- Give you options if possible (good, better, best),
- Quote you a price to fix it,
- Get your permission to start,
- Then fix it, retest it, clean up and collect payment from you when they are done.
